Beautiful semi-detached house for a relaxing family holiday in Kellenhusen. The approximately 75 square metres are spread over two levels and offer plenty of space and plenty of places to retreat. The modern, stylish living room and the spacious kitchen with dining area are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer compartment in the refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor. The first bedroom features a modern design and is furnished with a closet, TV, and a double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m). The other bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m); for the youngest guests, there is also a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair. The spacious, nautical-themed bathroom features a bathtub with a shower. The sunny terrace opens directly off the living room and enjoys a beautiful southwest-facing location. The adjoining garden is fully fenced and available for use. Wi-Fi is included with this property. The house is located in a quiet area, yet everything is within walking distance. It takes about 9 minutes to reach the beautiful beach and about 5 minutes to reach the lovely recreational forest. There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a holiday with your pet, as one dog is permitted upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee.
