In the entryway of the holiday rental, you'll find space for a coat rack and other items. From here, you can step into the sun-drenched living room, which features three large windows offering views of the mountains and the lake, and is furnished with a cosy L-shaped sofa bed and a large TV.
In the fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a cosy table, you can enjoy meals and catch up with friends.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed. Next to it is the small, separate children’s room/single room (with a sleeper sofa). It provides a cosy retreat for children or guests who prefer to sleep alone.
The spa-like bathroom invites you to relax with its rain shower, spacious sink area, and windows.
The holiday apartment is framed by a covered balcony, accessible from the hallway. This is a sun-drenched spot with views of the lake and mountains. How about enjoying a glass of wine here in the evening, for example?




Our completely renovated holiday rental in a historic country house features a bright living room with a modern L-shaped sleeper sofa and a large TV, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lake; 1 bedroom with a double bed; a small single room or children’s room, a modern wellness bathroom with heated floors and towel warmers, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a desk with home-office capabilities, and a wrap-around balcony facing south and west with views of the lake and the mountains.
Our large garden, complete with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, is also at your disposal.
The kitchen also features a fully automatic coffee machine.

Our idyllic, historic country house, built in 1904 and listed as a historic landmark, is the ideal holiday home—here, everyone can unwind from everyday life and discover something new! Our historic house has been restored, decorated with lovingly painted murals, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.


Just a few steps away, you’ll find yourself at the lakeshore, where you can walk or bike around the lake. Or how about a hike starting right from our front door into the mountains surrounding Schliersee? For our younger guests, there’s a trampoline and a playhouse in the garden. Plus, our little guests can let off steam at the beautifully designed playground right across the street. Our idyllic beach resort, featuring great dining, a chill-out lounge, and a playground, is also just around the corner. 


Our “Bergglück” holiday apartment, with its high-ceilinged and bright historic rooms, features a coordinated colour scheme and modern furnishings. Here you can unwind and feel the longing for the mountains and lake that our ancestors felt when they built this house as a holiday home over 100 years ago.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00.
