Built using local wood and stone, the house reflects a deep connection to the region. Both the owners and the local management grew up in Brand and know the valley by heart. This authenticity shapes the atmosphere of Brandnerhus – calm, honest and welcoming.



Amenities

This modern yet cozy alpine-style apartment offers space for up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families or friends.

It features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two shower bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and end the day around the dining table.

From the balcony, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Brandner mountain panorama – perfect for peaceful mornings or relaxed evenings. The comfortable seating area is ideal for reading, resting or simply enjoying the quiet.

The wellness area on the ground floor is a special highlight. A Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath offer relaxation after active days. A bright relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh, untreated Brandner spring water complete the experience. Massages are available on request.

A ski and outdoor drying room with boot warmers, as well as a ski and bike storage room, are available for guests.



Special features

For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with high-quality regional products is available in the house. The selection in the self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a local master baker.



Location

Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, guests enjoy hiking trails, alpine peaks, golf, riding, swimming lake, climbing park, bike park, alpine huts and the protected Lünersee. Winter offers a family-friendly ski area, cross-country trails, sled runs and winter hiking paths. Spring and late autumn stand for peace and relaxation.

Located just a few steps from the Palüdbahn valley station, Brandnerhus is an ideal base for mountain and winter sports enthusiasts.

Perfect location

Location is perfect right next to the paludbahn. Spacious bedrooms and comfy beds There are very little cups and cuttlery. Also no salt/pepper no sugar or oil/vinager. Also only 3 dishwasher tabs. This should be minimum available.

Een mooi en schoon appartement, fijne parkeergelegenheid, makkelijke toegang tot het appartement, mooi uitzicht en goede service. We raden het ten zeerste aan! Er wordt aangegeven dat er een wasmachine bij zit. Echter is het handiger om dit los aan te bieden, naast die van de schoonmakers.

Die Wohnung ist klasse aufgeteilt! Jeder m² optimal ausgenutzt. Ein großes Balkon und tolle Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Echt toll! Wir kommen wieder! Nur eine Idee....evtl Fliegengitter anbringen. Das ist der einzige kleine Nachteil..Aber eig auch logisch wenn man so nah an der Alvir ist und das Wasser rauschen hört )

Das Haus überzeugt mit tollem Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, eine schöne und entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den großartigen Wellnessbereich – ein echtes Highlight! Nach ausgedehnten Wanderungen ist er genau das Richtige, um Körper und Geist zur Ruhe kommen zu lassen. Absolute Empfehlung!
