Die Lage ist Mega, besser geht es kaum.Man kommt mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit an viele schöne Seen. Wunderbarer Balkon mit Blick auf Berge, See, Wiese ,Wald und Reh.Sehr netter Vermieter und Verwalterin.Platz für die E-Biks im Schuppen mit Stromanschluss.Rund um den Chiemsee ist einiges geboten allerdings hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter und es hat tagelang stark geregnet somit konnten wir keine Bergtouren machen.Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit samt seiner zusammen gewürfelten Einrichtung. Die Duschsituation lässt viel Raum für Kreativität.Die Außenanlagen konnten wir ja wetterbedingt nicht nutzen, sind aber liebevoll gestaltet und beim nächsten Besuch bringen wir definitiv Grillutensilien mit.
