The house with a large garden in bourgeois style has been lovingly renovated, but equipped with the technology of our time.
It has two bedrooms on the ground floor of 105 m², one large and one smaller, each with a double bed.
The living room with the original stucco and the beautiful bay window is a highlight of the house, and thanks to the "old" blinds that you can not only pull down, but also fold out, in summer it guarantees a cool climate!
Fast WiFi connection and digital satellite receiver with more than 250 transmitters are free of charge and help you to stay up to date.
The high-quality 'Chippendale bedroom' where you can relax in a dignified atmosphere is an eye-catcher. If required, we will be happy to put a baby bed in this room for you.
If you want to occupy the house with 5 or 6 people, we will also open the 25 m² attic room where you will find a 2x2 m double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, 4 ceramic hob with convection oven, sink, large worktop, dishwasher, extractor hood, washing machine and a dining area are waiting for you.
The bathroom is equipped with a washstand, bathroom cabinet with mirror, hairdryer and an extra-large 100 x 100 cm almost walk-in shower with massage jets and extractor hood.
The separate toilet and a hallway with a large cloakroom complete your vacation home.
A large garden with a large terrace and garden or Patio furniture invites you to relax.
The parking space on the enclosed property is available to you free of charge.

I was looking for a place to stay at during my dental treatment on the outskirts of the city, so from that point of view, the location was perfect. The house was a very good alternative to the hotel - close to all means of transport (tram, buses, Metro 2 line which gets you to Budapest centre in approx. 15 minutes) and Arkad and Sugar shopping centre - hence highly practical, it was also very pleasant to be able to step away from the busy and bustling life and enjoy the quiet location of the house, and covered patio. I wish I could be there when the cherry tree is in bloom, or even better, when the cherries are ready to be picked! Satellite TV is available, although most channels are in German. Wifi was very useful to have. The owner was very helpful and provided practical information. Also, the person who hands over and collects the key, passes by quite often to take care of the garden and to check that everything is ok, and he is available quickly if needed
