The house combines authenticity and modern comfort: a spacious 40 m² living room-kitchen with fireplace, a covered terrace for your outdoor meals, and a garden where everyone will find their own relaxation spot.

- Bedroom 1: 180 x 200 bed with open bathroom

- Bedroom 2: 140 x 190 bed with direct access to the terrace

- Bedroom 3: two single beds 90 x 190

- Bedroom 4: 140 x 190 bed



Additional shower room and WC/shower on the ground floor.

Equipped kitchen (Senseo, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), living room with corner sofa, large TV, and fireplace. Private fenced pool (open from June 15 to September 15), covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, parking for several vehicles. New in 2025: a pétanque court for your convivial evenings.

Discover the medieval bastides of Villefranche-du-Périgord (3 km) and Monpazier (15 km), enjoy canoeing on the rivers or swimming in the lakes (15 km), and try the golf courses of Belvès, Domme, or Périgueux. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking, fishing, mountain biking, or horse riding. The must-see towns of Sarlat-la-Canéda, Bergerac, and Cahors are less than an hour away.

Heerlijk comfortabel huis met zeer gastvrije host.

Pros: Het huis was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellig om in de avond bij het haardvuur te kunnen zitten. De host was heel vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Cons: De twee eenpersoonsbedden zijn meer geschikt voor kinderen. Wij maakten er als volwassenen van gebruik. Daar zijn ze wat te kort voor en de matrassen wat te dun. Verder prima bedden.
