The open and inviting livingand dining area on the ground floor features generous floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the marina. The southwest-facing wooden deck is the perfect spot for balmy summer evenings and provides access to a 30 m² rooftop terrace. There, you can enjoy the sun all day long and take in the sweeping views of the marina, the Schlei, and the Baltic Sea.
