Modern top-floor apartment on the harbor: light-flooded living with comfort

The apartment is located right next to the harbour dike.
The dike is just a 50-meter walk away. From the dike, it’s just a 600-meter walk to the town centre.

The 100-square-meter Apartment am Deich 07 is located on the upper floor and features a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment has a large open-concept living-dining area with a modern kitchen. It includes everything you need for cooking or enjoying a cosy breakfast. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180x200 box-spring bed; the second bedroom has two single 90x200 box-spring beds that can be pushed together if needed, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV. In addition to the walk-in shower with a level floor, the bathroom has everything you need to freshen up in the morning in peace.

The third bedroom is located in the attic and features a box-spring bed (180x200) and a flat-screen satellite TV. Adjacent to it is the second bathroom with a toilet and shower. Please note that the rooms in the attic are not heated.

Overall, the apartment is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a cosy atmosphere. Of course, a parking space and a large storage room for bicycles are also available. Here you can charge your e-bikes or store your bike rack.

All windows are equipped with fly screens and can be blacked out.

Book a linens package from us for €16.50 per person, and upon your arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be ready in the bathroom and kitchen. You won’t have to worry about a thing.

Sehr schöne gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung. Für perfekte Ausstattung haben nur Untersetzer für Gläser und evtl. Haken für Geschirrtücher gefehlt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es noch schön warm. Sonst wären Decken fürs Sofa noch toll. Das ist aber "meckern" auf hohem Niveau.
