The house is located on the outskirts of town with a view of meadows and woods. Biking and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
Many nearby attractions, including Eifelpark and Dinopark, are just 20 minutes away.

The holiday home is equipped with:
a modern kitchen and an adjoining dining room (large table with
a bench and chairs (high chair available)

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and small freezer
as well as all necessary small appliances (egg cooker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, Senso coffee maker, etc.)
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a large TV.
There is also a bathroom and a large bedroom on the ground floor.

Adjacent to the dining room is a patio with a table and chairs.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms.
In one of the bedrooms, there is space to set up a travel cot (provided).
Another bedroom is a shared room (4 beds).



On-site costs: The price includes all utilities, bed linens, towels, and final cleaning (€150.00 included in the price)



Check-in is from 3:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 12:00.
