Welcome to Ferienwohnungen Hausler in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Enjoy the most beautiful weeks of the year in our original "Werdenfelser Tennhaus" with a long-standing tradition, newly built in 1978 and now a protected historic building. Our house is centrally located yet still quiet, just about 100 meters from Marienplatz, where you’ll find many cafes, bistros, bars, and restaurants. The Hausberg ski lift is about 1.6 km away (a 4-minute drive).

With 52 square meters of living space, complemented by a wonderful south-facing balcony, the Partnach apartment invites you to relax. Here, you’ll find plenty of space to spread out, unwind, and savor every moment of your stay to the fullest.

The cozy living room is furnished with spruce wood furniture in a charming country style. A comfortable spring-core sofa and a lovely corner bench offer a relaxing retreat. The balcony is outfitted with high-quality garden chairs and a teak wood table.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und liegt sehr zentral. Wir hatten eine Garage und hier das Auto auch nur am ersten Tag zum Einkaufen benutzen müssen. Den Rest sind wir gelaufen bzw. mit dem Bus gefahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, relativ neu und rusrikal eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super gemütlich, das Bad sehr modern mit Naturstein eingerichtet und in der Küche war alles da, was man so benötigt. Als Selbstversorger sollte man gegebenenfalls an Spülmaschine Tabs, Küchenrolle und Klopapier denken. Das einzige Manko war für uns die Couch. Hier mal gemütlich vor dem Fernsehen sitzen, ist leider nicht drin.Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wir haben ansonsten auch nichts zu beanstanden. Die Wohnung, wir wohnten in der Wohnung Partnach, ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Wohnung in Garmisch im Winterwonderland

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt bei den Gastgebern Michael und Martina. Ganz in der Nähe ist man gleich in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants und vielen Geschäften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
