Villa 'Gran Cerca De Puerto Banús' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning
Villa Abanicos near Puerto Banús offers step-free access in Marbella, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. This two-story property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and an attic with a double sofa bed, as well as three bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 12 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), two Smart TVs, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, and both beach and pool towels. A cot is also available. Outside, enjoy a private pool, garden, open and covered terraces, a balcony, barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water. The villa is equipped with a water filtration system, allowing you to drink directly from the tap.
The property is close to the beach and directly opposite the Aloha golf courses. There is on-site indoor parking for up to 3 cars, as well as free street parking.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee.
Please note: The attic with the sofa bed does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a fan.
