About this property

Stunning apartment in Olpenitz

Just a few metres from the Weidefeld sandy beach and the harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday property impresses with its central location

central location, a marvellous view of the water and modern furnishings with stylish accents in gold and silver tones. You can enjoy the morning and evening sun on two terraces. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool tub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach. A shower with floor-level access provides additional comfort.



Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. A harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner at sunset.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast in the morning sun on the

east-facing terrace, pure holiday feeling.



Indoor entertainment is also provided by Wi-Fi and a Samsung 40 4K UHD HDR TV in the living room with UHD-capable Panasonic Blu-Ray disc player and Telekom Home Entertainment programme, as well as a Philips 32 Full HD TV with Ambilight in each of the two bedrooms. The sofa also has it all - the footrest can be extended electrically.



Both bedrooms offer access to the east-facing terrace. And if you wake up early and well-rested on holiday, you can watch picture-perfect sunrises on the adjoining terrace. Underfloor heating, whirlpool bath and sauna (infrared cabin) promise comfort at any time of year.



There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.



The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.



Our favourite place: When the Nordic slippery weather shows its best side, have a movie night in the cosy living room.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Wir hatten die Schleikajüte gebucht und hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Marina Olpenitz vom Wohnzimmer aus. Nach vorne raus ist es einfach nicht schön. Alles ist künstlich, viele Häuser in 30 bis 50 facher Ausfertigung. Alles im Ostseeresort eine Riesenbaustelle und alles wird zugebaut. Leider schade.
