Baltic Sea holiday in a modern holiday apartment in the first row to the water.



The Evis Hafenblick holiday apartment boasts an exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flat-screen TV in the living room.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is furnished with a double bed for a restful night's sleep. Two further sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room.



Behind the house there is a private car parking space and a shared storage room for bicycles.



This is a holiday apartment on the first floor.



Our favourite spot: Enjoying the harbour view and counting boats.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küchenutensilien sind ordentlich und sauber gewesen, sowie das ganze Bad. Das Schlafsofa hat sich als komfortabler erwiesen, als ursprünglich gedacht. Der Ausblick ist schön und das ganze Resort ist sehr gepflegt und schön zum spazieren gehen. Schade , dass wenig Angebot an Cafés da ist aber alles in einem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und es wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein.

Schöner Urlaubsort. Sehr schöne Lage. Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Das negative am Strand ist, es stehen am Wegesrand leider nur Dixie Toiletten. Bei so einem großen Strandabschnitt und vielen Gästen, wäre es angebracht, in verschiedenen Abständen Toiletten zu bauen. Da dieser Urlaubsort ständig wächst. Im großen und ganzen ist dieser Urlaubsort empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Der Ausblick war toll! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Fenster Insektenschutz hätten, denn das war mit wenig Aufwand und preislichen Investitionen verbunden und würde noch mehr Komfort bieten. Die Größe des Bettes ist auch noch grade so in Ordnung, lädt aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein. Ebenfalls hätten wir uns eine angenehme Lichtquelle im Schlafzimmer gewünscht, es war nur das große Deckenlicht vorhanden.
