There is also a picturesque mini-golf course in the immediate vicinity, which will delight young and old alike. The lively harbour promenade with a variety of shopping opportunities and the marina are also close to the OCEAN.



The open-plan living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an adjoining large terrace forms the centrepiece of the apartment and impresses with its modern and stylish furnishings. Here you can relax on a comfortable lounge area and watch TV - a place to unwind and relax!



The two bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds that promise a restful night's sleep. In one of the bedrooms you will also find a smart TV to round off an adventurous day's holiday in comfort.



You can develop your cooking skills in the fully equipped, modern eat-in kitchen and then enjoy your meals on the terrace or enjoy a cosy barbecue evening - the perfect holiday treat!

The terrace offers you the opportunity to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. You also have your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
