Lieber Dirk,
Es tut mir Leid zu lesen, dass du solche Probleme hattest. Wir hatten kurz nach Eurer Nachreinigung dazu telefoniert. Wir hatten krankheitsbedingt eine andere Reinigungskraft als sonst. Daher kann es sein, dass einige Punkte nicht so gut geklappt haben wie sonst.
Bitte schicke mir noch die angekündigten Fotos an meine E-Mail-Adresse, damit ich das beurteilen/ klären kann. Ich habe entgegen deiner Ankündigung leider noch nichts erhalten.
Grundsätzlich gilt: Wir tun alles dafür, dass unsere Gäste eine schöne Zeit haben. Wenn es Probleme gibt, sind wir erreichbar und lösen diese. Wenn wir erst im Nachhinein informiert werden, können wir uns nicht in der Problemlösung einbringen. Und ohne Fotos bzw einem persönlichen Eindruck, können wir auch nicht über Nachlässe / Rückerstattungen entscheiden.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Aufteilung für uns 6. ( 2 Erw, 2 Teenager, zwei Kleinkinder).Lage top, fast direkt am Meer ( sogar vom Balkon aus ein wenig zu sehen)Sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet.Netter Vermieter.
