Ready for an adventure in the Tyrolian mountains?
Our charming mountain chalet is located at 1300 m in the Kitzbühel Alps in Brixen im Thale and is just a 10-minute walk from the popular Filzalmsee lake. The 580 m² property is fenced in and surrounded by alpine meadows and grazing cows in true Tyrolean fashion. The chalet is only 50 m away by car. Fenced off parking spaces are located around 200 m from the chalet.
The 63 m² living space of the chalet is divided into a modern equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom with an old wood bed and a bathroom with shower & toilet. In the living area there are 3 additional beds and an original Tyrolean tiled stove.
The 30 m² sun terrace invites you to spend cozy hours. In the large garden there is an open fireplace and BBQ grill. You can relax in the hammock and let your gaze wander over the Kitzbühel Alps.
