The holiday rental features a living room with a brand-new built-in kitchen, including an induction cooktop and a microwave. The double sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) can accommodate 1 or 2 people. There’s also a small dining area with a table that seats 4 people. You can access the large balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. Balcony furniture and a sauna lounger are provided. If the weather’s bad, just turn on the 43-inch internet-enabled Smart TV. Or play one of the classic board games together. A collection of games and a selection of card games are provided.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a queen-size double bed (160x200 cm) that can easily be converted into two separate beds. The large built-in closet has plenty of space for all your luggage.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and a washing machine.

Hallo , Es war ein Traum . Die Wohnung ist so sauber und die Einrichtung genau richtig. Wir waren zwei erwachsene und zwei Kinder es hat alles gepasst. Wenn man die Ruhe liebt und nicht das direkte Getose der der Strandpromenade brauch. Der Markt ist Direkt um die Ecke zum Bummeln. Und ein guter Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze stehen vorm Haus zur Verfügung. Gerne wieder und lieben Dank für das klasse Wohnerlebnis. Grüße aus Berlin.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und derbqald vor der türe für die Hunde war ein Traum, das meer war nicht weit weg.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der nähe so wie der Markt.Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht für eine schöne Zeit, sehr modern eingerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets super und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.In Swinemünde waren wir das zweite mal ,wir lieben es , tolle Menschen, tolles Essen , viele Möglichkeiten diensich da anbieten mit Kindern und Hunden . Immer gerne wieder

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt. Auf der Straße selbst ist Parkverbot. Wenn man Pech hat, bekommt man eine Radkralle. Warum wird die Tiefgarage nicht freigegeben?
