We look forward to welcoming you to our cosy “Meerzeit” holiday apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people, including a toddler, and features a spacious sun balcony. Enjoy your holiday in a maritime setting, right on the marina, with an unobstructed view of the Peene meadows in the idyllic fishing village of Karlshagen. 

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Alternatively, you can contact the property management directly to rent linens. For our younger guests, there is a small, inviting playground in the back of the holiday complex. Thanks to free internet access, you’ll always stay connected and can easily check your emails or surf the web. 

Your four-legged companion is very welcome here! A free parking space is available right next to the property. In the adjacent building, there is a storage room where you can safely store your bicycles.

Nearby, you’ll find a bike rental station that will gladly deliver the bikes directly to your holiday apartment. From the balcony of our Meerzeit apartment, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Peene meadows, which are perfect for relaxing walks or excursions. 

The bike and hiking trail runs right past the property, and numerous excursion boats depart from the harbour—a perfect starting point for your exploration tours!

Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded after the property has been returned in good condition.



Apartment Meerzeit:

This cosy and lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday apartment warmly welcomes you. It features two inviting bedrooms and a large living room with a dining table and a comfortable seating area that invites you to relax. The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped, including plenty of dishes, a toaster, a coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine (TASSIMO), a dishwasher, a kettle, and an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven. 

The bathroom features a refreshing shower, a toilet, and a convenient towel warmer. The bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep: one bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have a closet and storage space. If more sleeping space is needed, the couch in the living room can easily be converted into an additional sleeping area (1.40 m x 1.90 m). 

The apartment is located on the upper floor and features a spacious, east-facing balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise. Of course, a modern flat-screen TV is also available for you to relax with after an eventful day.
