Gastgeber hat vorab bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Ferienwohnung im Allgemeinen sehr schön. Toller Gemeinschaftspool. Die Dusche in der Wohnung war leider etwas klein und eng. Und im 2. Schlafzimmer waren nicht wie abgebildet zwei Einzelbetten, sondern zwei Hochbetten. Ferienwohnungen mit Hochbetten hatten wir mit Kleinkind extra ausgeschlossen, weswegen wir dann vor einem ziemlich großen Problem standen.Leider hat der Vermieter uns auch nicht informiert, dass direkt unter dem Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer/ Balkon eine sehr geräuschs- und geruchsintensive Baustelle zur Dachsanierung eingerichtet war. Fenster konnten deswegen nicht geöffnet und der Balkon nicht benutzt werden.

Die Ferienwohnung hat Licht und Schatten. Gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Pool, das große, gut ausgestattete Fitness-Studio, die Tischtennisplatte im Freizeit-Raum und die schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit gutem WLAN und Wassersprudler und das saubere Bad.Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Anlage insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und man das der Wohnung auch dort ansieht, wo sie nicht renoviert wurde. Beim Betreten der Wohnung nimmt man einen eigenartigen Geruch wahr, den man aber glücklicherweise bald nicht mehr bemerkt. Vielleicht kommt das vom Teppichboden, auf den das Laminat einfach drüber verlegt wurde?Die Küche ist leider sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine ist sehr klein, Teller und Besteck sind gerade so ausreichend, es gibt aber keine Müslischüsseln und nur ein (unscharfes) Küchenmesser.Die Fotos enstprechen nicht ganz der aktuellen Einrichtung. Im Kinderzimmer stand ein Stockbett und ein Hochbett, im Wohnzimmer fehlt der kleine Arbeitstisch an der Wand.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung im ehemaligen Kurhotel-Komplex in Schluchsee. Alles in allem gut: Gute Betten, Smart-TV, Wlan, Schwimmbad und der Anlage.Die gesamte Anlage ist natürlich alt, aber die Wohnung ist modern und neu und auch das kleine Schwimmbad ist relativ neu.
