Welcome to this beautiful thatched semi-detached home, which features a spacious living area of approximately 107 m² and is designed to accommodate up to 5 people.

The first floor welcomes you with a wonderfully light-filled living room featuring a fireplace, a TV, and a stylish dining area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The first floor also features a spacious hallway and an elegant shower room.

A solid wood staircase leads to the upper floor, where two bedrooms—each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00)—offer undisturbed relaxation. A spacious full bathroom completes this floor. In the attic, you’ll find a study with a desk, a comfortable chair, a high-quality TV, and a pull-out sleeper chair (0.90 x 2.00).

On the spacious south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the sun to the fullest, while an elegant table, comfortable garden chairs, and a beautiful beach chair (seasons An and B) enhance your time outdoors. The adjoining garden area is fully fenced.

The property features a parking space, a bike shed, a spacious lawn, and a sheltered, sun-drenched terrace landscaped with native plants.

This half of the house fulfills all your vacation dreams and immediately transports you to an atmosphere of the utmost comfort and relaxation. A maximum of two pets are welcome on the property. The garden is completely fenced in with a picket fence.

Hallo, es stimmt wirklich, Beschreibung und Wirklichkeit. Ausstattung, auch der Küche super. Meine Frau hat uns sogar 2 x Kuchen gebacken. Sehr ruhige Lage, und doch nur 5 min mit dem Biobike ins Zentrum. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Danke, war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind recht schön. Der Rasen müsste allerdings gepflegt werden. Überall im Rasen sind Löcher. Wir hatten mit der Dusche im Obergeschoss Probleme. Diese werden aber wohl nach unserer Abreise behoben. Der Service von Golde war sehr gut. Es wurde bei Mängeln zeitnah reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wichtig zu wissen: es gibt nur EIN Carportstellplatz (falls man wie wir mit zwei Autos anreist). Der Garten ist NICHT eingezäunt, das sollte man für die Vierbeiner wissen. Wer RUHE haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein sehr gepflegtes und schönes Ferienhaus. Es war alles da was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Der Vorteil war noch eine große abschließbare Gartenhütte hinter dem Carport mit der Möglichkeit die E-Bikes aufzuladen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
