Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Beispielsweise war mir die Matratze sehr viel zu hart und ich habe nach einem Topper gefragt, der umgehend vor meiner Tür bereitgestellt wurde. Was für mich überhaupt nicht ging aber das ist vielleicht auch eine persönliche Angelegenheit ist, dass das Bett so unter der schrägen Wand gestanden hat, dass man sich selbst im liegen/im Schlaf den Kopf gestoßen hat? Zudem konnte man beispielsweise nicht mehr lesen oder irgendetwas anderes im Sitzen im Bett machen. Ich habe keine Platzangst, aber das hat mich schon sehr beeinträchtigt. Zum Schluss habe ich dann am Fußende geschlafen, aber auch im Kinderzimmer war es sehr eng unter der schrägen Wand. Für mich heißt das zukünftig Augen auf bei einer Dachgeschosswohnung buchen!Ich würde bei diesem Vermieter jederzeit wieder eine Wohnung buchen allerdings eine der anderen.

Es war eine tolle Wohnung mit neuer Küche. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine und Herd mit Ceranfeld und Ofen. Es gab ein Kinder- und ein Elternschlafzimmer. Das Bedezimmer war neu und wertig ausgestattet. Leider schien die Verarbeitung (Fugen und.ä.) nicht ganz top, was längerfristig etwas schwierig sein könnte. Wir haben immer morgens gelüftet und dann ein top Raumklima. Das Wohnzimmer war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Wohnung war top sauber und wir wurden, da möglich, schon direkt bei Ankunft hinein. Mega Angebot: Danke!
