Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground, roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach "Lago di Bolsena" 900 m. Golf course (9 hole) 15 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Rosa Tea", 4-room house 100 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Gas heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, safe, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Idealic

This place is amazing. I’m already thinking about booking for next year. House is fantastic, pool delightful (there is a fence around it to keep small children from wandering in to drown, btw), hosts perfect level of organized and attentive, but hands off. We had an absolutely amazing time and it was a great price. The kids had an amazing time, my elderly father somehow talked his way into helping a farmer dig potatoes mornings, it’s within walking distance of a terrific restaurant. Absolutely idealic. (Does need a better stove lighter. Burnt my fingers several times trying to light stove with cigarette lighter… this is the only critical thing I can think to mention.)

Sehr schönes Anwesen wie auf den Fotos.Vermieterin freundlich und zuvorkommend ,Verständigung englisch kein Problem Wer die Umgebung erkunden will, findet hier einen idealen Aussgangspunkt,ob ans Meer, nach Rom (v.Orvieto mit Zug)oder die Schwefeltherme es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Kommen bestimmt wieder..

Gepflegte schöne Anlage, Rosmarin, Thymian, Kirschen etc. zur freien Pflückung. Geräumige überraschend gut ausgestattete Wohnung - wenn etwas fehlt, wird sich von ... sofort um Ersatz bemüht. Schöne Umgebung mit interessanten Ausflugzielen - Rom von Orvieto (kostenloser Parkplatz) mit dem Zug innerhalb 1 guten Stunde erreichbar...

Ruhige, gepflegte Anlage in ei...

Ruhige, gepflegte Anlage in einem touristisch nicht überlaufenen Gebiet. Der Pool am Haus ist top, zum Baden im Bolsena–See kann man zu Fuß gehen (ca. 15 Min), besser fährt man aber an einen anderen Strand.Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, uns hat zu sechst nichts gefehlt.

Empfehlenswert sind besondres ...

Empfehlenswert sind besondres Bol324 + bol325 die einen tollen ausblich auf den See hat und einen schönen Pool vor sich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Il Pinzale, Restaurant beim einfahrt zu Dolce Vita, ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Es gibt viele schöne Dörfer am See. Thermal quellen ist auch nicht weit. Tolle Wochenmarkt in Bolsena.

Wir sind schon seit 2002 immer...

Wir sind schon seit 2002 immer wieder in der Anlage, das spricht für sich!!! Reisetipps: Baden, Antike Stätten, traumhafte Wanderwege, bei Regen kann man Orvieto besichtigen auch den Untergrund, Villa Lante die Brunnenanlage besichtigen, Bormazo etc. und Bolsena selbst ist schon sehenswert, bei Viterbo kann man auch in Schwefelthermen baden. Also es ist viel geboten!
