For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with plants. Volleyball, volleyball court. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 2 km.

Bath/WC. On the lower ground floor: living room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Terrace 12 m2, terrace 27 m2. haus im schlechten zustand. sehr unsauber.käfer und andere tiirchen an den wänden und fußboden ! das haus wahr zur eröffnung bestimmt wunderbar! seitdem wurde nchts mehr gemacht. runter gewirtschaftet!!!

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen und man ist nicht weit von Labin entfernt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich groß. Das Ferinhaus ist einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Unserer Ansicht nach sollten Küche und Bad bald mal renoviert werden. Toll wäre es, wenn das Bad in diesem Zuge eine Waschmaschine erhalten würde. Auch die Polstermöbel im Wohnzimmer sind schon recht alt. Der Vermieter ist nett und wohnt während der Ferienzeit im Haus neben an. Toll für Familien

Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses in...
Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses in Hanglage, inmitten von mediterranen Kräutern und Gewächsen. Wir waren sofort im Urlaub. Relativ dicht am Wasser und nicht weit bis Labin. Ein Auto ist allerdings Pflicht. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der auf dem Grundstückwohnt. Auch im Sommer recht kühles Haus. Leider etwas zu spartanisch eingerichtet. Also keine großen Erwartungen an die Inneneinrichtung stellen. Zwei Terrassen bieten immer den idealen Sitzplatz. Schöne Schattenplätze auf dem Grundstück. Eine Garage in der das Auto gut "gekühlt" stehen kann. Tagsüber sehr ruhig gelegen. Abends "schwappt" die Musik aus dem Nachbarort Rabac hinüber. Das empfanden wir als etwas nervig. Trotzdem: Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Reisetipps: Das benachbarte und sehenswerte Labin ist schön gelegen auf dem Berg und bietet alles für die Grundversorgung des Urlaubs. Neben einigen Supermärkten gibt es auch einen täglichen Markt mit frischem Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch, auf dem die Einheimischen sich eindecken. In rund 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Badestrände in Duca Luga sind schön und abwechselungsreich. Lediglich an den Wochenenden werden diese etas voller. Sind aber von "überlaufen" meilenweit entfernt. In erster Linie trifft man dort Einheimische. Das Wasser ist herrlich warm und klar. Ambitionierte Mountainbiker kommen in der Gegend auf ihre Kosten. Es gibt einige schöne, anspruchsvolle Trails. In Rabac scheint es abends immer ein Musikprogramm zu geben. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Mit dem Rad die kurzen Entfernungen "meistern" zu wollen ist ambitioniert. Pula ist rund 45 Miunten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ausflüge in das Hinterland sind zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, da man nur kurze Wege zu Labin (Lidl, Eisdiele, Pizzeria) und auch zum felsigen Strand hat.

wer Ruhe möchte und trotzdem schnell an Stränden ,Einkaufscentren oder idylischen Städten ist hier genau richtig.Sehr erholsam,sehr netter Vermieter. Reisetipps: Labin,Pula sowie Rabac sehr sehenswert
