For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, volleyball court, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 300 m, bus stop 2.9 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Unterkunft Kršan
In Kroatien waren alle Leute sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten diese Unterkunft wegen dem Pool und den drei Schlafzimmern gewählt. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Dusche/WC und ein kleines Bad mit Waschbecken/WC.
Die Matratzen waren sehr gemütlich.
Es gibt 4 Klimaanlagen, welche auch nicht so laut sind.
Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Labin gefahren(Lidl)
Der nächste Strand ist in Robac, dort gibt es mehrere Strände und Abends ist viel los, parken ist etwas schwierig. Nach Pula/Porec/Rovinj sind es 60min.

Toll - Hat alles gepasst
Wir hatten zu viert mit Hund einen tollen Urlaub im Haus Rotonda. Alles im Haus war tiptop, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und die Lage (wenige Kilometer von Labin und Rabac) ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge zur Ostküste und in den Norden von Istrien.
In Laufnähe zum Haus (ca. 250 m) ist ein kleiner Laden, bei dem man 7 Tage die Woche das Notwendigste einkaufen kann, dort findet sich auch ein Bankautomat.
Da wir anfangs befürchteten, dass wir direkt am Haus keinen Bereich haben, wo wir mal draußen sitzen können, ist es vielleicht wichtig zu erwähnen, dass vor dem Haus ein Tisch mit 5 Stühlen steht, an dem man gut sitzen kann und direkt gegenüber dem Haus ist noch einmal ein fest montierter, uriger Sitzbereich, den man ebenfalls exklusiv nutzen kann.
Kleines Manko - für uns aber nur aufgrund des etwas durchwachsenen Wetters - es gibt keine überdachte Terrasse auf der man mal bei Regen sitzen könnte.
Der Pool war toll, sauber und gepflegt. Ab und zu (Samstags) findet im angrenzenden Bereich eine Hochzeitsfeier statt, dann kann der Pool leider nicht genutzt werden. Gerade wenn man Samstags eintrifft wäre es hilfreich, das vorher zu wissen, ehe bei den Kindern - die sich nach der eventuell doch sehr langen Anfahrt auf den Pool freuen - die Laune direkt mal unten durch ist. Trotz Party bis in die späte Nacht ist der Poolbereich sehr früh Sonntagsmorgens dann schon wieder hergerichtet.
