Old apartment house "Antonella & Napoletano", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the centre of Umag, in the heart of the city, 20 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: WiFi. Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 20 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 33 km, concrete beach 20 m. Marina 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
1-room apartment 33 m2 on 3rd floor. Studio. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Shower/WC. No heating option. View of the sea and the town. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

A Relaxing Retreat in the Heart of Umag

Had a fantastic stay in Umag, largely due to this centrally-located house. It's just a stone's throw from the clean, uncrowded city beach—ideal for a peaceful getaway. The hostess was exceptionally kind, promptly providing extra equipment upon request. The only minor issue was the weekend noise from the bar downstairs, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. If you're in Umag for a relaxing holiday, this place is a must-visit!

9 giorni di pure benessere e relax. L'appartamento è perfetto e grande. Per 2 persone è ottimo. Ben arredato. E' attrezzato di tutto e si può cucina tranquillante. Essendo in centro c'è ampia scelta di ristoranti se si vuole mangiare fuori. La vista sul mare è il TOP! Parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura a 3 euro al giorno. Il wifi ha una linea ottima anche per chi deve lavorare o vedere un film su pc. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Da tornarci.

Schlechte Information über die Nutzung einer Tera

Einschränkend war die Tatsache dass die Wohnung im dritten Stockwerk lag, die Terasse im ersten Stock gelegen war und diese mit den Mietern von zwei weiteren Wohnungen geteilt werden musste. Eher problematisch. Eine Empfehlung kann nur erfolgen wenn die Beschreibung des Mietobjekts klar zu erkennen gibt dass die Nutzung der Terasse nur sehr schwierig ist. Bei Wetterumschwung starke Geruchsbelästigung durch die Kanalisation.

Schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock. Schöne Wohnung mit großem Bett, TV, Klima, kleiner Küche und Bad. Direkt am Wasser und direkt in der Altstadt. Hervorragende Lage. Keine Eierbecher, kein Fön, sonst soweit alles vorhanden. Gemeinschaftsterrasse und Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine. Matratze ist etwas zu weich. Parkplatz ca 500 Meter entfernt und für ca. 3 Euro pro Tag über die Vermieterin buchbar. Diese ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

appartamento tranquillo ad eccezione del locale bar sottostante che comunque termina la musica verso la una di notte. ... perfetta, disponibile, puntuale. Posto davvero incantevole con vista unica.
