Wohnung für 8 Personen, devinitiv nicht für 8 Personen ausgelegt zu wenig Platz und zu wenig Betten! Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber!

Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und...

Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern angereist. Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage und der Garten– und Poolbereich war gepflegt.Das Ferienhaus hat eine Treppe zu den untersten Schlafräumen, diese war eine Zumutung.Ganz steil mit großen versetzten Stufen. Also das störte uns sehr.Außerdem hatten das Ferienhaus einen ganz kleinen Boiler, der sie nie vollständig erhitzte. (Ca.100l fasste er)Bedeutet das unsere Kinder warm duschen konnten, der Rest musste eiskalt duschen. Ist nicht sehr angenehm. Also auf keinen Fall vor dem duschen aufwaschen und am besten zeitlich versetzt duschen.Und wenn man die Waschmaschine benutzt, dann darf nichts anderes laufen. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Klimaanlage, gar nichts. Denn dann springt die Sicherung raus.Also wenn man kein Problem mit einer waghalsigen Treppe hat und einer eiskalten Dusche am Abend, dann ist es eine gute Unterkunft in Italien.Und wenn man grillen möchte, dann sollte man sich ein Grillrost mitbringen. Wir hatten nämlich keins und mussten uns vor Ort eins kaufen.

Gepflegte Anlage in guter Lage

Anlage und Lage perfekt. Die FEWO ließ den einen oder anderen Wunsch offen. Räume im UG etwas muffig und feucht. Küchenzeile auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. FEWO gesamt noch okay.
