Private: property 350 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, café 400 m, bus stop 200 m, grass beach 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km.
4-room semi-detached house 100 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV and hi-fi system. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Gas heating. Deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: children's high chair. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Gutes Haus, Lage in Ordnung

Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand, um zum Meer zu kommen muss man allerdings eine kleine Strecke zu Fuß zurücklegen. Außerdem ist der Strand kein Sandstrand sondern befestigt. Man kann allerdings mit dem Auto in die nächstgelegene Ortschaft fahren um zu einem Sandstrand zu gelangen.
