This modern and spacious holiday apartment, approximately 110m², is located in a quiet area within the new Hoddersdiek development, outside the holiday park, and accommodates 6 people – a seventh person can be added using the pull-out single beds. The ground floor features a bright living area with an adjoining kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a pull-out single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a terrace. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a pull-out single bed, and one with two pull-out single beds. The large bathroom includes a sauna, bathtub, shower, and toilet. Amenities include electric exterior shutters, underfloor heating, and a utility room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is available for a one-time fee of €20. Pets are not allowed. Included: free admission to the North Sea Lagoon and the indoor play barn – ideal for families with children! Note: Please register your bed linen/linen package with Belvilla in advance! Please note that construction workers and tradespeople are not permitted in this accommodation. Business travelers with a business background will also not be admitted, even if they have a booking. We appreciate your understanding that we only rent to tourists. Burhave is a charming North Sea resort on the Butjadingen peninsula, known for its relaxed atmosphere and proximity to the Wadden Sea. The town offers numerous leisure activities, including the popular North Sea Lagoon beach, cycling and hiking trails, and cozy restaurants and cafés. Its central location makes Burhave an excellent base for exploring the surrounding region and the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.
