Private: property 350 m2 with meadow. 450 m long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at 20 m single garage. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Bairbach" 500 m, railway station "Telfs-Pfaffenhofen" 7.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, ski lift 5.5 km, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 33 km, Garmisch-Partenkirchen 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seefeld/Gschwandkopf 6 km. Hiking paths: Seefelder Plateau 6 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Seefeld.
"Waldruh", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open gallery with 1 sofabed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Large balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Sehr erholsam

Haus liegt etwas abgelegen , aber dadurch sehr erholsam . Sehr sauber gehalten innen , vielleicht etwas schlicht und alt geworden im Laufe der Zeit, aber urig. Küchenausstattung ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Kuscheliges Haus in guter Lage

Super kuschelig und in guter Lage, tolle Vermieter. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Stil eine Mischung aus 70ern und modernen Elementen. Nähe zur Piste und Stadt gegeben. Jederzeit wieder!

Müsste von den Möbeln mal dringend Modernisiert werden, vor allem die Couch. Heizung ist sehr laut und störend. Vermieter sehr nett. Für den Preis gebe ich die Note drei.

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenares, erg schoon huis, maar het huis is erg gedateerd. Bank zit echt niet lekker. Badkamers gedateerd.Erg donker binnen. Kleine keuken. Bedden waren goed.

Het huis is het laatste huis van de straat en ligt tegen het bos aan. De tuin is geheel afgesloten, superhandig voor de hond. Prima uitvalsbasis voor prachtige wandelingen en mtb tours.

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage am Waldrand. Sehr nette Betreuung auch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter .

Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen am Wald und ist das letzte Haus am Bairbach. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben nur das Erdgeschoss genutzt, 2 Erw, 1 Kind und 1 Hund. Leider war das Haus sehr kühl am Abend und in der Früh. Außentemperatur lag am Tage im September bei ca. 25 Grad. Das heißt, man musste die Heizplatte im Küchenbereich anmachen. Toilettenpapier und Mülltüten muss man selber mitbringen. Zusatzkosten Strom ...

Gemischte Erfahrung

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung und wir haben lediglich ein Brotmesser und vielleicht Eierbecher in der Küche vermisst. Allerdings waren die Betten sehr weich und ich musste nach 2 Nächten auf Isomatte und Schlafsack ausweichen, da ich massive Rückenschmerzen bekommen habe. Vielleicht war ich auch einfach zu schwer (ca. 100Kg) für die Betten... Das war jedenfalls mein erster Urlaub, in dem ich mich auf mein Bett daheim gefreut habe...
