Es empfiehlt sich den Zählerstand sichtbar für den Nutzer zu notieren.1400 Kronen für 13 Tage ist sehr viel.Meine Schwedische Familie hat sich sehr darüber gewundert.Die Dusche und den Backofen mussten eir erst einmal richtig sauber schrubben das hatten die Gäste zuvor nicht so als wichtig erachtet.In der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel?? Mit Klorix und Brüste in guten Zustand gebracht.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und höfflich.Wünsche ihm alles gute.Tipps nimmt er gerne an

Tolles Grundstück, toller Ausblick

Das Grundstück und die Lage vom Haus war top. Das Haus an sich, benötigt etwas Liebe und Schönheitsreparaturen ( z.B. Wände waren wohl mal nass, regnet es rein?) Waren schon öfters in Schweden und kennen den Standart da, aber diesmal für den Preis nicht das erhalten was sonst. Dafür ein netter Vermieter oder Verwalter, alles gut geklappt.

Matrassen geven geen steun en zijn vies

Er lag voldoende info in de woning de eigenaar kwam af en toe langs of alles goed was. bij harde regen lekte het bij de toegangsdeur, hebben we de eigenaar verteld. Keuken en badkamer waren niet mooi fris en schoon, douche ruimte had 1 zwarte vetrand vloer douch wand aansluiting, heb ik schoongemaakt met chloor. Matrassen (zijn over de datum).
