Trins: Small, cosy, rustic rustic chalet "Hüttl", 1'250 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Galtschein 1.2 km from the centre of Trins, 5 km from the centre of Steinach am Brenner, 33 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the skiing area, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 500 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergeralm 5 km. Hiking paths: Stubaier Alpen. In summer climbing, hiking, walking and mountain biking are right outside your door. In winter, beautiful ski resorts are also close by, with numerous ski touring opportunities and cross-country skiing.
"Hüttl", 2-room house 35 m2. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), electric heating and tiled stove. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: (ladder) alcove with sloping ceilings, - 100 cm with rooflight with 4 sleeping facilities. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: suitable for families, not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Wir waren von diesem Objekt mega enttäuscht. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen in keinster Weise dem Originalzustand.Wir hatten für den Preis etwas Anderes erwartet. Es gibt kein WLAN und Fernsehen war auch nicht möglich. Die Küchenausstattung lässt auch zu Wünschen übrig.

Spartanisch aber toll

Sehr erholsam in der Hütte. Vor allem den Kids hats gefallen. Sie haben unterm Dach geschlafen. Der alte und einfache Stil hat zns allen 4 gereicht. Wir waren für uns. Es war alles da. Bis auf ein Toaster. Ein minus punkt ;)

Toller Wanderausgangspunkt!

Super gemütlich und originell, es ist alles da, was wir brauchen. Die Schlafgelegenheit mit sehr niedriger Decke ist immer noch besser als im Wohnmobil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder hingehen.

Knus huisje in prachtig gebied

Het houten chalet is knus en authentiek ingericht. Alle basis voorzieningen zijn voldoende aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.| Geschikt voor iedereen die geen luxe zoekt. Gelukkig stond er een bedbank in de huiskamer, want 'boven' slapen was o.i. geen optie (door de zeer beperkte hoogte, was rechtop zitten op een matras niet eens mogelijk). Wat ons betreft is het huisje geschikt voor maximaal 2 personen. Volgens de beschrijving is er 1 slaapkamer, er zijn 2 zolderruimten met bedden.

Nette kleine Hütte

Die Hütte entsprach unseren Erwartungen und hatte eine gemütliche Größe, auf dem Dachboden war es uns zum schlafen zu eng, jedoch war das Klappsofa eine gute Alternative. Die Hütte hat eine attraktive Lage, man ist schnell auf verschiedenen Wanderwegen, kann es sich bei Regen aber auch drinnen gemütlich machen. Lediglich die Erreichbarkeit unserer Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war nicht immer gegeben.

Rustikale sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Hütte. Es gibt Alles was man braucht. Lediglich die Schlafplätze sind sehr unbequem, da muss man hart im Nehmen sein. Im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes. Obwohl die Hütte im Ort liegt ist diese relativ ruhig. Wenn da nicht die Kühe auf der angrenzenden Wiese sind und 24h am Tag läuten. Wenn man mit den genannten Einschränkungen klAr kommt, kann man die Hütte empfehlen.

Wohnen wie früher und doch modern

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Hüttl und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Es gibt alles, was der moderne Standard erfordert und doch fühlt man sich wegen der rustikalen Einrichtung (die nebenbei voller schöner kleiner Details steckt) ein bißchen wie in "Leben vor 100 Jahren". Also z.B. einerseits Fußbodenheitzung im Bad und gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, das Hüttl mit dem Holzofen zu beheizen. Insgesamt sehr urig und charmant. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Hütte sehr klein und fein. Kompetenz einen Kachelofen zu heizen ist erforderlich. Für manche nicht geeignet.

Eine wirklich urige und rustik...

Eine wirklich urige und rustikale Ferienhütte. Mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Leider ist das Schlafsofa schon sehr abgenutzt. Unter dem Dachboden können meines Erachtens keine Erwachsenen schlafen...vllt gut für Kinder geeignet. Es ist einfach zu eng! Daher wäre ein neues Schlafsofa echt toll. Schließlich möchte man sich erholen. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Ich finde das muss schon sein, denn rustikal ist toll...aber Sauberkeit gehört dazu. Würden die Mängel behoben wäre es wirklich top!! In der Beschreibung steht der Achensee. Der ist wirklich weit entfernt von Trins und hat nichts zu suchen in der Beschreibung. Das irritiert nur. Reisetipps: Trins/Gschnitz ist eher ruihiger gelegen. Wandern oder Radtouren kann man von hier perfekt machen. Italien ist ca 30 min. entfernt. Insbruck ist wirklich sehenswert. Also somit ist für jeden etwas dabei.
