Our beach condo has more than 1,000 square feet. No cramped quarters here. King bed in Main BR, Queen bed and trundle bed in second bedroom, plus a sofa sleeper in family room. Comfortably sleeps six. Kitchen is fully equipped. Granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Large dining area with table that seats six. Cozy family room just off the ocean view patio. Two 50" flat screen TVs with HD cable. WiFi throughout. Large computer desk with office chair in Main Bedroom.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. Pantry loaded with spices, baking supplies, vegetable and olive oils, vinegars, and more. There's a blender, coffee pot, toaster, and air fryer.
Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and extra sheets for all beds. We have beach chairs, tent, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and cart.
We have a new garage for keeping your vehicle out of the elements.
There is a no-drive, private access beach 80' from condo. Or get your tan at our private on-property swimming pool. Great restaurants nearby. Plenty of activities in this active beach community adjacent to Daytona Beach. A variety of shopping experiences including specialty shops, mall, and outlet mall.
Directions from Orlando International Airport. Take the 528 east to the 417 north to Interstate 4. Take I-4 east to Daytona Beach and merge onto I-95 north (toward Jacksonville). Exit at State Road 40, turn right (east) to the beach. At A1A take a left (north) and travel 2.7 miles and just past Oceanside Restaurant (great food) on the left will be our condo.
Coming from the north? Take I-95 south of Jacksonville and exit at State Road 40 in Ormond Beach. Take a left and head east to the beach. At A1A take a left (north) and travel 2.7 miles and on the left will be Ormond Breakers. An alternative coming from the north is to exit at Highway 100 to Flagler Beach and then take a right on A1A to Ormond Beach. This is a pretty drive that parallels the ocean.
