Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation! The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. The pool was very nice and large. The property is right on the beach which is just steps away from the pool. The ocean view is amazing with a beautiful sunrise! We were able to watch dolphins swimming daily right in front of the property! Highly recommend staying here!

We came down from St. Augustine for a concert and wanted a quiet beach condo for the weekend. This space was perfect for us 5 adults. Beautiful view, relaxing quiet beach and a pool. This condo is close to grocery store, restaurants and Daytona nightlife. What more could you need!

This place was amazing! The birds flew right by us so close. When you looked out the window or off the balcony it felt like you were right on top of the ocean. Pool was clean and gate was easy to get in & out of. Quiet beach with no cars and minimal people! I would definitely come again. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in.

Beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped. Master bed comfy. Quiet location. Only problem need to leave instructions about where to dispose of trash. And there needs to be a table on the balcony. We would stay in this unit again.

Great location, clean condo

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The ocean view was great and located near shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the things that make for a comfortable stay. I was impressed by the property manager with their helpfulness and quick resolution to a broken shower fixture. The shower head was replaced and problem solved within 2 hours of reporting it to their office. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and will book this condo again in the future.

Comfortable, well equipped, convenient location

This is a very nice and comfortable unit with a great view and plenty of parking. It comes with everything you need for a vacation including a well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings. Location is convenient to the beach (obviously) but also nearby beaches that allow dogs (Ormond by the sea does not) and restaurant and shops in Ormond. One minor improvement we suggest would be to replace or add to the love seat in the main area. Although we were only 2 people, when you have guests, the seating is a little tight. Overall though 5 strars and we would stay here again on our next visit.

Ormand Beach Retreat

Overall outstanding! The only hiccups were in the description on the Vtrips portal. There was no mention the pool was closed for construction, unpleasant surprise. The instructions gave a code for lobby entry, we could not find the keypad outside the building for this, only a phone. The instructions also indicated unit was on 5th floor but it was actually the 8th floor.

Easter weekend

We loved the location but condo lacked the basic necessities. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags ,Kleenex as only one of each was supplied for 5 days, 4 adults. We could never figure out how the door locked, so had to leave unlocked every time we left. We were given a code to get in, but no instructions to lock when leaving. There were no beach chairs which would have been perfect.
