In the house: sauna (extra). Washing machine (for shared use, extra). Available: boat (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 120 m, railway station "Lessebo" 33 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 185 km, sandy beach 1 km, grass beach 60 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 45 km, cross country ski track 2 km, fishing possibilities 10 m. Please note: fishing [permit required] (extra). The owner lives on the same property.
