Cottage right by the lake Tiken near Tingsryd with boat and sauna in Småland

The holiday home renovated in 2011-2012 has a covered terrace as well as a sauna and a shower. A well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and lake view, as well as two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
A short nature trail leads from the house to Lake Tiken. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating. An aluminum rowing boat (Linder) is included in the price. German satellite TV and Swedish television. DVD and CD player with USB connection.
Good shopping, also by boat, are in the nearby town of Tingsryd.
Suitable for two families, as there is a second Holiday house on the same property is located: Elsemåla Kullabo.

Schöne ruhige Lage. Bis auf das Haus hinter uns , war man schön abgelegen . Es war für ein schwedisches Ferienhaus modern eingerichtet mit einer schönen Küche . Der Blick auf den See vom Frühstückstisch war sehr schön und fehlt mir.

Ein schönes, sauberes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage. Hier kann man entspannen.Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation über FeWo-direkt etwas mühselig, das Haus und alles rund um das Haus war aber alles super!

14 Tage pure Erholung

Die Anreise mit der Fähre von Rostock nach Trelleborg, sowie die Anfahrt zum Haus war schon sehr entspannt.Die Übergabe vom Vermieter erfolgte reibungslos. Das Haus selbst, so auch die geniale Lage waren top. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus wurde mit einer Fussbodenheizung durch eine Wärmepumpe sehr gut temperiert. Den vorhandenen Kaminofen haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Das Angelboot inkl. E-Motor waren gut in Schuss. (Leider keinen Fisch gefangen)Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass der Aufenthalt eine runde Sache war. Die Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.Herzlichen Dank von Steffi und Uwe.

Das Haus war nett am See gelegen, die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Den Elektromotor für das Boot würden wir nicht mehr mieten, die Reichweite ist zu gering und der Akku verdammt schwer… Ansonsten alles prima

Sehr sauberes Haus, schöne Lage am See

Es war alles sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut und es hat alles geklappt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super, lediglich ein paar mehr Teller von jeder Sorte wären praktisch. Eine Kleinigkeit am Start war suboptimal. Die Fußbodenheizung war auf die kleinste Stufe gestellt gewesen und es hat bis zum nächsten Tag gedauert bis eine angenehme Raumtemperatur erreicht war. Man war gezwungen mit dem Kamin zu heizen. Ansonsten war alles super!

Tolles Ferienhaus am See

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus liegt wie beschrieben am See Tiken und im Wald. Von der Terasse und vom Esstisch aus hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Schweden

Uns hat es in Schweden sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub. Das Haus liegt wirklich schön in der Nähe eines Sees. Geschätzt trennen ca. 50 Meter das Haus vom See. Im Haus ist Alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und sauber. Uns hätte es besser gefallen wenn die Wiese vor dem Haus ein paar Meter nach vorne kurz gemäht wäre und nicht Alles wild gewachsen. So hätte man mehr Möglichkeiten sich im Freien vor dem Haus zu bewegen. Zusatzkosten wie WLAN sind heute eigentlich nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Der Vermieter ist sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Cabin in the woods

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Der See Tiken ist über einen kleinen Trampelpfad direkt zu erreichen. Bis auf einige Vögel hört man hier nichts - also ein perfekter Ort für Ruhe & Entspannung. Der nächste Ort ist mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen und bietet einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Angelspots gibt es ebenfalls viele in der Umgebung, genauso wie Nationalparks, die zum Wandern einladen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

1 Woche Erholung

Ich war eine Woche im November in diesem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Sauna mit Seeblick war besonders schön. Lage am See und Wald echt genial. Nur über den Tag hört man im Garten das ein oder andere Auto von der Straße. Das fand ich jedoch nicht als störend. Das Haus selbst ist super isoliert. Das Boot war sehr gut und stabil. Konnte fast den ganzen Tiken abrudern und auf Fischjagd gehen. Die Stunden abends vorm Kamin rundeten das Komplettparket "Erholung" perfekt ab. Der Vermieter Inno ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat viele Tipps auf Lager. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut. Ich denke mal, dass es nicht mein letzter Besuch in diesem Ferienhaus war. Vielen Dank. Jan aus Kiel
