Cottage right by the lake Tiken near Tingsryd with boat and sauna in Småland

The holiday home renovated in 2011-2012 has a covered terrace as well as a sauna and a shower. A well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and lake view, as well as two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
A short nature trail leads from the house to Lake Tiken. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating. An aluminum rowing boat (Linder) is included in the price. German satellite TV and Swedish television. DVD and CD player with USB connection.
Good shopping, also by boat, are in the nearby town of Tingsryd.
Suitable for two families, as there is a second Holiday house on the same property is located: Elsemåla Kullabo.
