Eine schöne Woche in Podere Chiocciolaia

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Wir waren für eine Woche zu sechst mit Hund dort. Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist wirklich groß, hat genügend Schlafzimmer, ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Ausstattung war für dortige Verhältnisse sehr umfassend. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Insbesondere als der Kühlschrank kaputt ging. Er organisierte sofort für den nächsten Tag ein neues Austauschmodell. Die tollen Strände und belebten Strandorte liegen nur eine kleine Fahrt entfernt. Alles prima!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche zu sechst in dem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Beschreibung entspricht der im Portal. Der Service über die Immobilien-Agentur war super. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde alles bestens erklärt. Sogar, als überraschend der Kühlschrank ausfiel, wurde umgehend ein neues Gerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Danke!

Schönes Haus - leider ohne Blick

Fotos geschönt; EG dunkler aber sehr gut nutzbar; schöne alte Möbel, Haus nur ca. 7 m von der Strasse entfert; Veranda super, aber schmucklos; nur 2 Liegen; keine Kissen und Auflagen. Schöne Schlafzimmer; je mit eig. Schrank, wenig Bügel. Betten durchschnittlich, jew. mit Kopf-Fußende (gr.Pers.); Dusche OG nur 65x65 cm, im EG groß ab. nur 1,9m hoch. Alles soweit sauber; s.gute E-Geräte. Küche: Geschirr + Kochen ok - Gläser haben wir nachgekauft. Nur 4 Becher. Weingläser mitbringen ;-)

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schöner Garten zum spielen. Viel Platz im Haus. Kücheneinrichtung etwas spärlich.( keine Weingläser). Erstausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinen Tabs wäre gut gewesen.

das Ferienhaus ist nahezu perfekt, einzig die Ausstattung mit Tassen und Gläsern ist etwas dürftig, also wer Selbstversorger ist sollte sich darauf einstellen Reisetipps: die Gegend ist durch die Nähe zum Meer(mit dem Auto 10 min)als Badeurlaub geeignet.sehenswert auch Grosseto und Castiglione della Pescaia
