Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.

Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Wooden floors. View of the lake. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 100 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.
