A warm welcome to a family-friendly holiday home within walking distance to the child-friendly beach in Pukavik. The house has a secluded location with a slide and sandbox right next door. Large garden for play and activity on shared plot with the owner. Inside the entrance to the house, the family room, combined with the kitchen, opens up. Here there is a relaxing sofa with an armchair in front of the wall-mounted TV which has channels in most languages. The kitchen area has all the comforts you could possibly need for self-catering and also has a washing machine to use. Dining table with chairs to gather around for shared meals. Two comfortably furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Fresh bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The entire living area feels cozy and has nice details that make it inviting to spend your vacation here. In addition, a furnished and glazed conservatory to enjoy the slightly cooler evenings in or to get shade on the hottest days. Outside the conservatory there is another patio with garden furniture and barbecue facing the lawn and the playground with a privacy screen for everyone's enjoyment. On the bike-friendly road to the south, Norje havsbad is about 3 km away, with a long lovely beach, playground and restaurant. The farm shops are also close here with their own tomato and cucumber farms, for example, Elleholm and Gummagården. The latter also sells milk, eggs and other necessities, which are also found in the smaller grocery stores such as Direkten and Norje Boke camping shop. Mörrum with salmon fishing in Mörrumsån is a popular destination and beautiful area to see. The small-town idylls of Sölvesborg and Karlshamn have shopping and several cozy restaurants in the city center. From the center of Karlshamn, Archipelago boats leave for islands such as Tjärö and Tärnö daily, and to experience the unique nature and the lighthouse on Hanö, there is a boat from Nogersund several times a day during the summer. A recommended visit to the Eriksberg wildlife and nature park to view the animals on a car safari is an experience for all ages. Welcome!
