Cosy timber house "Kasen Sjökanten". 12 km from the centre of Färgelanda, 9 km from the centre of Stigen, 19 km from the centre of Högsäter, in a secluded, sunny position, on the lake. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees. Bathing jetty, bathing place. In the complex: sauna (extra). Available: canoe, boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 9 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station "Uddevalla" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, grass beach 15 m, lake Långhalmen 15 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, fishing possibilities 15 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Private mooring. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 80 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Elche gesehen! Traumhaft
Das Haus liegt traumhaft am See, man hat das Gefühl von endloser Einsamkeit, obwohl die Nachbarn gar nicht so weit weg sind. Ruhe pur inkl. Elchbegegnung. Starker Regen und Gewitter ließen den See um ca. 30 cm ansteigen. Das Haus liegt jedoch hoch genug... Der Vermieter wohnt am Ort und ist sehr nett. Die Austattung ist modern. Leider hatte sich das Haus stark aufgeheizt, das Zimmer in der oberen Etage kühlte nicht unter 28 °C ab. Ein größeres Fenster oder ein Klimagerät wären toll gewesen.

Tolle Lage, schöner Urlaub im Oktober
Fam. m. 2 Kindern (3 u. 8): Wir hatten e. erholsame Woche in dem Haus. Das Wasser im See stand aufgrund des vielen Niederschlags zuvor leider sehr hoch, so dass wir nicht auf den Steg konnten, aber das war ok. Das Naturgrundstück lud zum Spielen ein. Der Besitzer begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und sprach ausreichend Englisch. Die Matratzen waren nicht mehr die neuesten, aber wir sind da nicht empfindlich. Küche top, aber keine gr. Schüsseln da. Kamin toll, aber Vorsicht m. Kindern (heiß)

Wunderschönes Haus und ein sehr netter Vermieter
Wir waren als Familie mit fünf Personen da. Man kann hier sehr gut angeln und die Sauna ist auch sehr zur empfehlen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ein wunderschönes Haus, sauber und gemütlich. Der Vermieter spricht sogar ein wenig Deutsch und ist sehr nett. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft hat voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig, die Vermieter sind klasse und alles in allem gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles sehr zufriedenstellend.
Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Ferienhaus und haben nachwiesen vor nur eine Bitte um Nachbesserung: Mehr oder besseres Licht im großen Wohnbereich , besonders am Esstisch!

Der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten!
Das Haus liegt inmitten der Natur. Man hat keine Nachbarn und kann sich perfekt erholen. Die Besitzer sind mega nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, den man braucht und die Sauna direkt am See sowie der Kamin, den wir jeden Abend angefeuert haben, waren für uns absoluter Luxus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne nochmal wieder.
