Beautiful house "Villa am Meer", renovated in 2020. 600 m from the centre of Lubmin, 15 km from the centre of Wolgast, 18 km from the centre of Greifswald, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Lubmin Seebad" 700 m, sandy beach 100 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
4-room apartment 85 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Dining room. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. View of the sea. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und waren sehr angetan von der Ferienwohnung. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit modernem Mobiliar.

Tolle Wohnung, gerne wieder!

Sehr gepflegte, ansprechend eingerichtete und großzügige Wohnung in top Lage. Ideal für uns Eltern war, dass der große Kinderspielplatz an der Promenade von Lubmin direkt in Sichtweite vom wunderschönen Esszimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon lag. Die Strandnähe und der Blick bis hin zur Seebrücke hat auch bei einem Wechsel von Sonne und (Schnee)regen dafür gesort, dass wir genug Ostsee abbekommen haben. Trotz durchwachsenem Wetter konnten wir uns wunderbar erholen. Sehr gern wieder!

Die Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es hat uns dennoch überrascht, wie großzügig die Räumlichkeiten sind. Jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde, in einer traumhaften Villa, mit Ruhe und Entspannung - wir haben alles richtig gemacht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist groß und mit gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir waren 10 Tage Zuhause. Vom Wintergarten gab es Ausblicke aufs Meer, Lage 2. Reihe an der Promenade. Wir würden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Die FeWo bietet alles, was man braucht, fast wie zuhause. Alles sehr sauber und hochwertig möbliert. Die Terrasse ist besonders schön. Die Lage dicht am Strand ist ruhig und dennoch erreicht man Schnell alles zu Fuß, wie Restaurants, Supermarkt oder Busstation. Wir kommen gerne wieder …
