In the district of Losentitz 1 km from the centre of Zudar, 8 km from the centre of Garz, 25 km from the centre of Bergen auf Rügen, 1 km from the sea. In the complex: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Poseritz" 10 km, ferry "Gelwitz" 1 km, sandy beach "Sellin" 30 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 12 km.
4-room semi-detached house 125 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 cm with 2 sleeping facilities. Gas heating. Carpet. Small balcony, terrace, garden, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

We zijn hier met plezier geweest, aardige mensen, ruim huis, voor het eten en drinken alles aanwezig. Buiten zitten ruimte genoeg. Wel wat afgelegen, dus veel rust. En hier is nog geen WIFI.

War eine gute und für 8 Personen ausreichende Unterkunft mit Kamin. Sie ist ein wenig Restaurationsbedürftig da das Gebäude aus den 90s ist.Stellt man fest wenn man drin ist.Leider ist nur 1 Bad +Gäste WC bei 8 Personen vorhanden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das Haus war an sich sehr schön. Die Matratzen, Lampen und die Kücheneinrichtung sollten mal Generalüberholt werden. Der Hausverwalter war sehr nett (weiter so (-; ) . Eine Woche ohne Internet war mal was anderes aber um mal zu googeln musste man an die nächste strassenkreuzung gehen...

Ein Haus mit Verbesserungpotenzial

Das Haus hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Einrichtung sollte definitiv modernisiert werden, da diese sehr kühl und nicht einlandend wirkt und die Möbel veraltet sind. Der Backofen verfügt nur über eine Oberhitze und der Herd wird nicht mehr richtig heiß. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Im Jahr 2020 verfügt das Haus noch nicht mal über einen Internetanschluß bzw. über WLAN. Die Umgebung können wir empfehlen, da hier ein sehr schöner Naturstrand in der Nähe ist. Fazit: Wir würden dieses Haus nur nochmal buchen, wenn die Einrichtung und Küche modernisiert wird. Auch ein Internetzugang halten wir in der heutigen Zeit für ein Muss.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt auf Rügen. Das Haus hat aber definitiv die besten Jahre hinter sich. Hier sollten die Eigentümer mal renovieren und die Einrichtung modernisieren. Der Backofen verfügt nur über Oberhitze und die Herdplatten werden nicht mehr richtig heiß. Die Einrichtung ist auf das Nötigste beschränkt, leider wirkt das Haus sehr kühl und nicht wirklich einladend. Des Weiteren befindet sich im Jahr 2020 noch nicht mal ein Internetanschluß / WLAN im Haus.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (außer vielleicht eine bessere Küchenausstattung), wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
