Wohnen mit Abstriche

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig Balkon war dreckig, Wasserhahn in der Küche nicht in Ordnung Fliegenfenster haben selbst neu angebracht da alte verrottet waren, die Küche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion. Stühle haben wir vervollständigt damit die Stuhl eine nicht weiter den Teppich kaputt machen. Das Kochfeld ist unmöglich,wischt man Wasser weg ist das Programm weg und es wäre hilfreich eine Beschreibung zum Kochfeld zu haben .Praktischer wäre ein einfacheren Herd.Fernseher ist ja das Letzte fr

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand.Viele Geräte sind neu.Den Geschirrspüler habe ich nicht benutzt. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung auf die Ostsee war sehr gut.Würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.Es hat alles gepasst.

Möbel total veraltet, Unhygienische Unterbringung der Kochtöpfe, Kühlschrank sowie der Gefrierschrank schlecht schließbar nur mit Nachdruck, für die Bank auf dem Balkon keine Sitzkissen, der Toilettendeckel war lose.Das einzig schöne war die Aussicht auf das Wasser. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel für die Haustür, Wohnungstür und den Poller zur Einfahrt mit dem Auto.

Was ist unter Berwertungstitel zu verstehen?

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend gelegen. Deshalb und weil wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, konnten wir mit den Einrichtungsmängeln leben, als da sind: Sofas Liegemechanik ist kaputt, Man kann dort kaum sitzen, rutscht nach vorne weg. Griff Klinke Badezimmertür lose, Schmuddelige Balkonmöbel. Fleckiger Teppichboden Verschluss Kleiderschrank fehlt TV Sicht eingeschränkt wegen eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit der Schranktüren. WLAN war kostenpflichtig

Sehr altes, abgewohntes Mobiliar, Küchenausstattung mangelhaft. Nur ein Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Betten in Ordnung. WLAN funktionierte nicht, beim Verwalter beschwert, keine Änderung. Balkon ungemütlich, keine vernünftigen Möbel.
