Private: terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. 1.6 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Querceta/Forte dei Marmi" 8 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 42 km, Firenze 128 km, Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) 68 km, Viareggio 22 km, Lido di Camaiore 17 km, Carrara (cave di marmo Fantiscritti) 24 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 32 km, Lago di Massaciuccoli 39 km. Please note: car recommended.

Upper floor: (steep stair) walk-through room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside, the ocean and Riviera della Versilia. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Ein Geheimtipp. Schönes altes Haus in einer Traumlage. Die Terrasse mit tollem Panoramablick lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Die Lage verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. Guter Ausgangspunkte für Sightseeing bzw. Strand und Meer. Freundlicher sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
