In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bar, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Viareggio" 30 km.
