In the district of Bisten 2.7 km from the centre of Hinterzarten, 11 km from the centre of Titisee-Neustadt, 30 km from the centre of Freiburg im Breisgau, 7 km from the lake. Private: property 300 m2 with meadow. 15 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2.7 km, bus stop "Hinterzarten Busbahnhof" 3.1 km, railway station "Hinterzarten Bahnhof" 3.1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 15 m, ski lift 20 km.
"Bistenhof", 4-room semi-detached house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2017, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, satellite TV and tiled stove. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm). Exit to the garden. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, Low door height 170 cm ceiling height 170 - 180 cm, each room with 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Gas heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm.

Prima Lage und Rückzugsort

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen im Hochschwarzwald. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schwarzwald pur

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf dem Bistenhof. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen alten Charme und ist doch mit alles ausgestattet was das Leben erleichtert. Der Auerhahn Pfad auf dem Feldberg und der Wichtelpfad in Hinterzarten haben unseren Enkeln sehr gefallen. In den kurzen Regenzeiten haben wir uns in dem gut ausgestatteten Spielzimmer des Kurhauses Hinterzarten vergnügt. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein Traum

Wer die Natur, die Ruhe und die Berge liebt ist dort perfekt aufgehoben. Für Radfahrer und Wanderer ein Eldorado. Das alte Bauernhaus ist ein Traum, toll hergerichtet, man findet alles vor, was man braucht und die Vermieter sind super nett. Auch kulinarisch wird man in dieser Gegend nicht enttäuscht.

Wunderbarer alter schwarzwälder Bauernhof. An vielen Stellen Orginalsubstanz erhalten, an anderer Stelle (Bäder) zeitgemäß renoviert. Sehr schöne Woche, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren bereits das vierte Mal auf dem Bistenhof und werden sicher noch viele Male wiederkommen. Es ist einfach schön dort und man fühlt sich wie weggebeamt aus dieser hektischen Zeit.

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Urlaub inmitten der Natur

Das urige Haus ist wie beschrieben und auch rustikal eingerichtet. Es war nichts defekt und Handtücher waren auch genügend vorhanden. Die Küche ist modern mit Ceranfeld, Umluftofen und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind ebenfalls modern und es gibt darin alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sehr. Es gibt sogar einen Brötchenservice. Im Außengelände ist Platz für Kinder und es gibt eiben Sandkasten. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man jedoch ein Fahrzeug.

Bistenhof

Das Haus ( Küche, Bad,"Besenkammer"...) war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war alles sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, haben zwischendurch nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und haben den Brötchenservice vermittelt. Das Haus liegt an der Zugangsstraße nach Alpersbach,wo es zwei gute Gasthöfe gibt. Zeitweise fallen einem einzelne, flott vorbeifahrende Wagen auf , wenn man vor dem Haus oder im Garten ist; in der ansonst ruhigen,schönen Lage.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ mit netten Vermietern. Leider trübte die angrenzende Straße etwas das Vergnügen. Im Winter wird es deutlich ruhiger sein.

Bauernstuben Gemütlichkeit

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen traditionellem Ferienhaus mit Charakter und haben im Bistenhof eine Belegungslücke erwischt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht voll erfüllt. Zum guten Gelingen unseres Aufenthalts hat auch die Lage des Hauses und das tolle Winterwetter beigetragen. Ein PKW ist von Vorteil.

Ein uriger erlebnisreicher Weihnachtsurlaub

Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Uriges Haus super nette Vermieterin. Das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man benötigt. Gerne jetzt auch mal im Sommer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Brötchendienst ein muss. Ein Hundeparadies, das erhalten bleiben muss. Deshalb immer schön Häufchen einsammeln. Das freut auch den Nachfolger.

Hervorragendes Haus! Sehr freundliche Hausbesitzerin. Es gab sogar einen Brötchenlieferanten täglich. Herrliche Gegend zum wandern.
