Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Anlage ist super schön gestaltet und sauber. Der Check in verlief ohne Probleme. Sehr nette Chefin. Die Wohnung war jetzt nicht spektakulĂ€r aber sie war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Mehr brauchten wir auch nicht. Die Pools waren morgens sauber. Durch die umliegenden Bepflanzung waren Nachmittags einige BlĂ€tter im Pool. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Haben nichts groß zu bemĂ€ngeln.

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie!

We hebben hier een hele fijne vakantie gehad! De locatie is prachtig, een beetje resortachtig, maar kleinschalig en met campingsfeer. Ons appartement lag heerlijk in de schaduw, op veilige afstand van het zwembad. Het appartement is van de basis voorzien en redelijk schoon. Belangrijk te melden dat er alleen wifi is bij het zwembad/restaurant/receptie. En badmutsen zijn niet meer nodig. Personeel is vriendelijk en toegankelijk.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön! Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort, 9 Jahre, 2Jahre und 7 Monate. FĂŒr die Kinder ist es toll und sie können sich so viel bewegen. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment könnte etwas besser sein, aber es ist ok. Das Einzige was wirklich garnicht geht ist die Couch, da haben wir ein Laken drĂŒber gemacht und trotzdem fand ich die schlimm. Der Pool und Außenbereich ist super und toll gepflegt. Brötchenservice und auch das Essen ist super! Haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!!

Aussenbereich der Anlage ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Man fĂŒhlt sich gleich wohl. Personal sind alle sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr spehrlich eingeichtet. Schlafzimmer keine Nachttisch. In der KĂŒche zu wenig Geschirr. Obwohl eine SpĂŒhlmaschine vorhanden war, haben wir tĂ€glich von Hand gespĂŒhlt, da alleine schon das Besteck nicht aussreichend war fĂŒr 2 Mahlzeiten. Davon abgesehen wĂŒrden wir aufjedenfall gerne wieder kommen.

Die meisten GĂ€ste, wie auch wir, kommen schon zum wiederholten Male. Dies sagt wohl schon viel aus. Eine wundervolle Anlage, mit einer Ă€ußerst netten Besitzerin, die sich um das Wohlbefinden ihrer GĂ€ste sehr bemĂŒht. Ein paar Sachen findet man immer, die nicht zu 100 % passen, z.Bsp.: wenn die Wohnung mit 5 GĂ€sten belegt ist, dann könnten 6 GlĂ€ser zu wenig sein; Moskitonetz an den Fenstern könnten erneuert werden! Und das auf der Anlage befindliche Restaurant ist auch dieses Jahr eher schlecht

traumhafter Toscana Urlaub

Die Anlage bietet alles fĂŒr entspannte Ferien. Ein toller Pool . freie Liegen mit Sonnenschirm gab es immer und auch zu jeder Zeit . Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Brötchenservice ist perfekt . Die Unterkunft ist im toskanischen Stil gehalten und hat alles was man benötigt. Trotz Hitze und keiner Klimaanlage heizen sich die Zimmer nicht sehr auf und man kommt mit Ventilator sehr gut zurecht . Man kann sich sehr gut erholen und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

In dieser Ferienanlage kann man sehr schöne erholsame Urlaubstage verbringen, wenn man rundherum keinen Trubel sucht und die Natur liebt. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir können keine negativen Aussagen treffen. Lediglich ist zu erklĂ€ren, dass es nur einen WLAN-Zugang fĂŒr ein GerĂ€te gibt.

Het huisje was prima, netjes schoon en alles aanwezig. Enige nadeel was dat de matrassen van de bedden te hard waren, met name voor ene zwangere vrouw. Gelukkig was er een slaapbank die zachter was.

Il luogo Ăš molto carino, ampio, con tatno verde e giochi per i bambini ed Ăš silenzioso. Purtroppo nelle case non c'Ăš l'aria condizionata quindi fa molto caldo in estate e il ventilatore non Ăš sufficiente. La connessione wifi Ăš inesistente, Ăš presente solo nella zona piscina. Piscina ampia, con 3 diversi livelli di altezza, adatta a tutti.

Der Hausteil hatte eine ĂŒberdachte Terrasse und der Zustand war insgesamt sauber und gut. Die Gesamtanlage ist sehr empfehlenswert. Schöner Pool. Lage zum Meer ist kurzwegig. Wir kommen gerne wieder dorthin zurĂŒck. Reisetipps: Die Toskana ist im ganzen einfach traumhaft schön. Florenz, Lucca, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano und auch all die kleinen etruskischen StĂ€dtchen. Einfach alles sehenswert.

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Traumhafter Pool, v.a. auch fĂŒr Kinder. Insgesamt sehr kindergeeignet mit Spielplatz, Wildschweinen und entspannter AtmosphĂ€re (schon der 3–JĂ€hrige konnte alleine Brötchen holen!). Abwicklung vor Ort völlig unkompliziert. 2018 keine Kaution erforderlich, Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen– mussten gar nichts zusĂ€tzlich abrechnen.Wir möchten unbedingt wieder hinfahren!Aber was ist schon perfekt? Der VollstĂ€ndigkeit halber hier noch die kleinen Mankos: kaum AblageflĂ€che, in den SchrĂ€nken nur HĂ€ngestange, zT kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen erforderlich (Wasserhahn wackelt, Schrankscharniere komplett ausgebrochen, Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand)– in Gesamteindruck fĂŒr uns aber nicht groß störend. Irgendwo in der NĂ€he ein nerviger Hahnund Hundezwinger, die frĂŒh morgens in den Tag starten– fĂŒr Leute mit leichtem Schlaf und wahrscheinlich je nach Wohnungslage störend. Beschattungsmöglichkeit vor allem fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Fenster wĂ€re ebenfalls sinnvoll.Aber wie gesagt: das fiel alles nicht großins Gewicht– wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Reisetipps: Schönster Strand fĂŒr uns auf jeden Fall bei Vada (Wasser hier richtig tĂŒrkis und schön flach auch fĂŒr Kinder)– allerdings wenn man nicht auf den Bezahlstrand möchte (20–30€ fĂŒr Schirm und 2 Liegen pro Tag, dafĂŒr Toiletten, Dusche, Restaurant und bewachter Parkplatz) ein laaaaanger Fußweg vom Parkplatz zum Strand. Guter Kompromiss zwischen schönem Strand und bequemem Parken fĂŒr uns bei Bibbona.Diverse MĂ€rkte besucht, der beste und grĂ¶ĂŸte war dienstags in Cecina... wenn man denn einen Parkplatz findet.

Wunderschöne Lage und Ausblick...

Wunderschöne Lage und Ausblick zum Meer und immer sehr gepflegt. Sonnenschirme mit PalmenblĂ€ttern ziemlich durchlĂ€ssig, da wĂ€ren richtige Schirme besser. Da Nebensaision (keine Schulferien) war die Anlage max. zur HĂ€lfte belegt. D.h. aber auch viele Familien mit Kleinkindern. Achtung: Saison am Meer fĂ€ngt ab 15.06.2 an. Vorher kostenlos parken, spĂ€ter nur mit Parkschein und voller. Zwei Waschmaschinen fĂŒr 55 Enheiten ist etwas wenig, da muss man GlĂŒck haben, dass eine frei ist. Lieber genug Kleidung mitnehmen. Wasser im Pool war kĂŒhl, aber ertrĂ€glich. Essen im Ristorante vor Ort O.k. aber eher teuer. Brötchenservice ist toll. FeWo einfach, aber mit dem wichtigsten eingerichtet, wenn was fehlt oder was kaputt ist, wird schnell geholfen. Schon ziemlich hellhörig, man kriegt was von seinen Nachbarn mit. Schöne Terasse. Matratzen schön hart, zum GlĂŒck nicht typisch italienisch! BettwĂ€sche bedeutet hier aber ital. Variante, d.h. Leintuch ĂŒber einer Art Tagesdecke. Im Sommer reicht das Leintuch aber sowieso aus. Preis in Vorsaison super und tolles Preils–LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Lage top fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in viele lohnende StĂ€dte. Die genannten Kritikpunkte sind zu vernachlĂ€ssigen. Passt schon. Reisetipps: Cecina hat nicht nur Eurospin und Lidl, sondern auch COOP, etc. Toller Markt Dienstags in Cecina. Viele Touris auch in Vorsaison in: Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena Weniger in: Vinci, Castagnetto Carducci. Vinci ist sehr zu empfehlen, im Museo da Vinici wird das Lebenswerk von Leonardo schön dokumentiert. Am besten Handy mit Kopfhörern mitnehmen, dann kann man die Museumsapp laden und alles in deutsch anhören. Die Schautafeln oft nur in Ital., teilweise noch in engl.! Bolgheri fanden wir enttĂ€uschend. Unklar warum in diesem kleinen Ort so viele Touristen rumrennen. Die Zypressen–Allee allerdings, die dorthin fĂŒhrt, ist sehr beeindruckend. FĂ€hren–Abfahrten leider erst ab 15.06. von San Vincenzo aus nach Elba. Piombino war uns zu weit fĂŒr einen Tagesausflug. Am Meer war es noch sehr leer (kĂŒhl), massenweise verwaiste Schirme und LiegestĂŒhle. Lokale und LĂ€den dort aber schon alle geöffnet, also vor Mitte Juni was fĂŒr Leute, die nicht so viel Trubel wollen.
