Wundervoller Blick, sehr nette Vermieter
Die wichtigsten Dinge: wundervoller Blick auf die Adria, sehr, sehr nette, gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter (sprechen Englisch und auch Deutsch) Die Klimaanlage, wenn man sie denn nutzen will, tut ihre Dienste richtig gut, ebenso die Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt verschiedene Strände, je nach Geschmack; einer davon ist auch noch gut fußläufig zu erreichen; auch da haben die Vermieter gute Tipps.
Das Internet ist halbwegs gut und die Auffahrt von der Ortsstraße zur Fewo etwas herausfordernd.

Abgelegen aber schön
Die Aussicht ist supertoll, die Besitzer die nebenan wohnen sind sehr Nett und hilfsbereit, gleich mit einem Getränk auf seiner Terasse begrüßt... Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet und die Zufahrt zum Haus bei den ersten malen etwas schwierig weil steil. Der Strand in Ravni ist klasse... Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. ACHTUNG Bei der Navigation über Google direkt Haus Theo eingeben...Die Angegebene Adresse ist mit dem Haus laut Google Maps nicht kompatibel.

Die Vermieter waren sehr gastf...
Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.Rund um das Haus wachsen viele Feigenbäume,an denen wir uns bedienen dürften. Reisetipps: In Denje und Ravni gibt es wunderschöne kleine Buchten,die nicht so überlaufen sind.Labin hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt.

Tolle Lage am " Berg ".Super Blick auf Meer Insel Cres und Rijeka.Total nette Vermieter.Einfahrt auf Grundstück sportlich.Ausstattung Umfangreich aber nicht mehr ganz nicht mehr ganz frisch.Strand etwas entfernt nur mit Fahrzeug erreichbar. Reisetipps: Rabac toll zum flanieren am Abend.Labin interessante Altstadt Markt LIDL PLODINE zur Versorgung.Rovinj Tagesausflug schönste Stadt auf Istrien.Pula historische Stadt wenn möglich nicht mit Fzg. reinfahren viele Fzg. enge Gassen.

Falls man es benötigt: Fernseher klein und Senderwahl erfolglos, selten WLAN. Ausstattung absolut ausreichend, die Einrichtung teilweise etwas alt/kaputt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter und fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse Reisetipps: Duga Luka, Restaurant "kvarner" in Labin

Für vier Personen ist die Auss...
Für vier Personen ist die Ausstattung momentan nicht gut geeignet, Das Schlafsofa ist in schlechtem Zustand, wir haben die Matraze auf den Küchenboden gelegt. Küchenutensilien sind minimalistisch, werden aber auf Nachfrage von den Wirten aufgebessert. Reisetipps: Markierte Wanderwege zum Hausberg Ostri und zu mehreren Stränden ermöglichen autofreie Aktivitäten vor Ort. Die Küstenstraße weist Höhenunterschiede auf, die für Kinder eine Herausforderung darstellen.
