Schönes Apartment im tollen Landhaus!
Ich habe das kleine Apartment für 5 Nächte gebucht und war super zufrieden. Es ist sehr gemütlich, mit großem Balkon und traumhaften Ausblick auf die umgebenden Felder (sehr ruhig gelegen). Die Ausstattung ist auch vollkommen ausreichend für ein paar Nächte. Allein die Matratze für meinen persönlichen Geschmack zu weich. Die Vermieterin, die im unteren Bereich des Landhauses wohnt, empfand ich als sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Achtung
Im Hausflur... müffelt es sehr stark. Die Dame ist zwar nett aber nie wieder dort wegen dem starken Gestank.

Der Balkon ist wichtig
Sehr kleine Wohnung, aber der Balkon macht Das wieder wett. Vermieterin ist während der Urlaubssaison immer im EG anwesend (da hat sie ihre Zweitwohnung).

Liebevoll mit viel Herz und Flair eingerichtetes, kuschliges kleines Apartment. Idyllisch und sehr ruhig gelegen inmitten eines großen Gartens; ideal zum Abschalten und erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Reisetipps: ob sportlich oder ruhig, kulturell interessiert oder einfach nur erholungsbedürftig – für alle Interessen gibt es eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten. Der Garten lädt bei schönem Wetter zum sonnenbaden, lesen und relaxen ein. Hooksiel und Neuharlingersiel mit ihren malerischen Häfen sind immer einen Besuch wert.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar seh...
Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar sehr klein, hat aber einen wunderbaren großen Freisitz. Man wird freundlich empfangen und gut eingewiesen. Das Haus liegt mitten im Feld, hier kann man die Ruhe genießen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Küste und der nächste Kurort sowie Einkaufmöglichkeiten leicht zu erreichen.

FeWo-Details
Die Lage der kleinen FeWo entsprach unserer Vorstellung. Sehr hübsch und ruhig. Allerdings war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin nicht sehr einfach, die Dame machte einen recht strengen Eindruck auf uns. Die Küche war wohl ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings aufgrund der Enge und der Dachschrägen nicht gut zu nutzen. Auch das Bad scheint durch die Schrägen noch kleiner. Dieses ist nur an der Küche vorbei begehbar. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht nicht gut zu nutzen.
Nicht sehr gelungen fand ich in unserem Fall, dass die Gartenmöbel auf dem Balkon so verpackt waren, dass wir die nicht so einfach auspacken konnten. Die "Gefahr" dass wir die Einpack-Technik nicht wieder so hin bekommen würden, schien uns zu hoch / der Aufwand zu hoch - zumal die Vermieterin uns ja so streng schien. Da wollten wir lieber keine Fehler machen. Wir hätten allerdings schon gern mal ein Stündchen draußen gesessen, gern zum Frühstück. Geplant waren 3 Übernachtungen - durch einen Defekt an unserem PKW konnten wir allerdings nicht wie geplant reisen. Zunächst schien ungewiss, ob wir überhaupt fahren konnten, dann konnten wir aber doch noch los und konnten noch 2 Übernachtungen in Anspruch nehmen. Das fanden wir natürlich schade - daran hat aber niemand "Schuld".
Wir hatten den jeweiligen Stand der Lage mit der Vermieterin jeweils telefonisch kommuniziert. Hier zeigte sich die Dame doch freundlich und lösungsorientiert.
Fast 30 € zusätzliche Betriebs-oder Nebenkosten schien uns für 2 Übernachtungen dann aber schon recht hoch.
Ich würde insgesamt 2 1/2 Sterne vergeben.
