Chalet "Edelweiss", 2 storeys. 1.3 km from the centre of La Tzoumaz, 26 km from the centre of Sion, 31 km from the centre of Martigny, in a quiet position on a slope, 30 m from the skiing area. Private: garden (not fenced). Very steep motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop 1.3 km, bus stop "Taillay" 3.9 km, railway station "Riddes" 16 km, indoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, slopes 30 m. Please note: car recommended.
6-room chalet 90 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and international TV channels. Open dining room. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position, large patio. Ferien im Chalet Edelweiss

Ort und Lage hervorragend! Top Aussicht auf die Berge und das Rhonetal🤗. Gut eingeteiltes Haus. Genügend Platz ums Haus herum, damit die Kinder spielen können👍 Leider war das Ferienhaus ungenügend gereinigt - es war recht „schmudelig“. Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien ist schlecht und entspricht nicht einer Familie, die selber kocht. Es hatte nicht einmal einen Mindestvorrat an Waschmittel für die Küchenteinigung und die Abwaschmaschine. Die Ausstattung im Wohnzimmer ist nicht akzeptabel - das Sofa ist in einem unbrauchbarem Zustand. Schade! Ich denke, dass mit recht geringem Aufwand schon viel zu machen ist. Es wäre ein wunderbarer Ort an einer Top Lage! Ich hoffe sehr, dass meine Bewertung etwas bewirkt - denn es ist ein Objekt für eine Familie mit nicht all zu grossem Budget.

Grundsätzlich war das Haus schön gelegen und hat unseren Zweck mehr oder weniger erfüllt. Man merkt leider, dass seit Jahren nichts an dem Haus gemacht wurde. Das Sofa und die Matratze durchgelegen bzw. komplett durchgesessen sind. die Möbel waren zum Teil instabil. Die Holzbänke am Esstisch haben keine Sitzkissen.

Ferienhaus direkt an der Skipiste

positiv: Das Haus liegt oberhalb von La Tzoumaz direkt an der Skipiste (Ziehweg) zur Talstation - perfekt!!! und ist zudem mit dem PKW anfahrbar Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus Zweckmässiger Grundrisszuschnitt mit ausreichend großem Wohn/ Ess/ Küchenbereich im EG und 4 SZ im OG davon 2 mit vorgelagertem Balkon- toller Blick in das Rohnetal negativ: Leider im Januar keine Sonne da Nordosthang Geschirr und Besteck z. T. kunterbunt aber es ist alles da was man benötigt (Fondue etc.)

Le chalet était au-dessus de notre attente

Vue imprenable sur les montagnes et les vallées. Chalet très bien agencé, tout était prévu pour un séjour inoubliable. Il faut dire que nous avons eu un temps magnifique, ensoleillé tout le séjour. La description de l'annonce est en-dessous de la réalité.

dérangé les lundi matin par le jardinier qui passe la tondeuse parking à côté du chalet détrempé par la pluie douches avec moissisures escaliers dangereux avec des enfants en bas âge manque une rampe moquette déchirée à 2 endroits chambre avec lit 140 cm et du couloir en haut caché par un tapis lit manque 2 lattes de bois et matelas trop grands dépassent du cadre de lit (chambre parentale)

Toll gelegen, gross, etwas lieblos eingerichtet

Das Haus ist geräumig und super gelegen um Ski zu fahren. Zum Dorf etwas weit, aber es fährt auch ein Bus. Die Aussicht ist super. Es ist alles vorhanden was mann braucht, auch in der Küche. Leider ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und die Möbel sowie das Geschirr sind völlig wahllos zusammen gewürfelt. Die Matratzen sind durch gelegen und nicht alle Steckdosen funktionieren im Haus. Das Haus war auch nicht sauber gereinigt worden. Dies haben wir vor Ort aber bereits gemeldet.

Viel Platz und Cheminee

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, um Wanderungen zu machen u d es hat viel Platz. Das Cheminee ist eine grosse Unterstützung, da um diese Jahreszeit keine Sonne zum Haus scheint und die Elektroheizung im Erdgeschoss zu knapp ist. Holz muss bestellt werden. Es hat keines beim Haus.

Wir haben Ihnen eine Reklamation zum erwähnten Objekt geschrieben, aber keine Antwort oder Reaktion erhalten. Damit sind wir natürlich auch nicht zufrieden! Das Chalet selbst war oberflächlich sauber, aber hätte dringendst einen neuen Anstrich innen nötig plus Reinigung der Vorhänge (Staub ca. 1-2 cm dick an der Aufhängung plus von der Decke hängend). Dass es einen Hinterraum mit Tiefkühler gibt, haben wir leider nicht erfahren, sondern erst nach einer Woche zufällig festgestellt...

Top Lage...das war es dann auch schon fast!

Wir haben das Haus für 5 Personen vom 3.-10. April 2021 gemietet. Die Lage ist super, auf die Ski über einen Routenweg auf die Piste und Abends so wieder zurück. Das hat uns für vieles entschädigt.... Absolut unmöglich und total gefährlich war hingegen die Zuwegung zum Chalet. Der hinter dem Haus befindliche Wirtschaftsweg war nicht passierbar, völlig vereist und NICHT geräumt. Die Stufen zum Haus waren ebenfalls NICHT geräumt und völlig gefährlich zu passieren. Das Haus war total ausgekühlt +++

Le calme et la proximité de la forêt et des sentie

Aucun ensoleillement durant la journée, à mi-octobre, alors que le chalet distant de 10 mètres est ensoleillé durant une partie de la journée. - Le petit chemin privé menant au chalet est extrêmement boueux avec de l'eau qui ruisselle : impossible de l'emprunter en voiture et d'y marcher sans se salir les chaussures: à régler au plus vite ! - La vaisselle et les services sont très hétéroclites et de qualité discutable, mais utilisables et en suffisance.

logement simple mais agréable. cuisine bien équipée avec four et lave-vaisselle. mais le micro-onde hors d'âge fait peur à utiliser et il manque un set pour fondue au fromage, chose étonnante dans un chalet de montagne. Attention à la consommation d'électricité légèrement surtaxée, mais après 2 jours de feu dans la cheminée plus besoin de radiateurs...

Vaisselle pas totalement propre, vitres +- propres

Chalet confortable et spacieux, bien situé, Il serait nécessaire d'expliquer aux locataires dès leur arrivée que le fait de payer la taxe de séjour donne droit à tous les remontes-pente de façon gratuite sur les sites de la Tzoumaz et de Verbier + gratuité sur les bus postaux de la vallée de bagne
