In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. Parking on the premises. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, terrace. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
